First contents of a project outline

With Johannes Gärtner (among others, organizer of the Wagner Festival in Graupa near Dresden), I discuss the contents of the project outline, which is to be sent to all possible participants in two days. We discuss possible scenarios regarding the format, schedule, and financing as well as the next steps.
